“We needed a new hot water heater installed and really wanted it installed the same day, I called Five Star Plumbing and left a message, five minutes later they called me back. After explaining our situation, they said that they could juggle their schedule so that we could get the new heater installed the same day. We couldn’t be happier with Five Star Plumbing, they were professional and friendly, did a great job at a reasonable price, thank you!”

“If you want a professional job done right, give Five Star Plumbing a call! Dylan and his partner fixed a broken shower faucet for me. They provided me with different options and quotes for the job. I chose to have the faucet replaced which required them to cut a large hole in the wall. They did a beautiful job! The wall looks just as it did before…no signs of the hole. I will definitely call them again in the future.”

“Dillon and Adolpho are wonderful!! Not only are they master plumbers, fast, efficient, and trying to find the most economical way to do the job right, but they are super neat (the cupboard under my kitchen sink was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!!)! And that says a lot considering the mess they had to deal with! This old geezette will never look for another plumber! They were super polite, explained what they were doing, and were more than fair with their price. Look no further, these guys are great!”

“Had a broken water line coming from the city meter to my house, called Five Star in the morning. Dylan answered right away but wasn’t sure if he could make it out the same day, so I said I’d look for another plumber. Dylan called back a couple of hours later to see if I had found someone and to recommend another local business if I hadn’t. Very impressed with that kind of personal service, so I asked if he could make it out that afternoon and he did (I canceled the other plumber). Dylan got the repairs done in less than 2 hours and was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and the materials he was using. Also told me about the city’s policy of reducing water charges for broken lines, which I didn’t know about, told me how to go about it.
I would definitely recommend Five Star Plumbing. Prompt, fast, focused on customer service. Great experience. (Rio Rancho, NM 12/29/2014).”
